1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible, full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The item is free from odors (including perfume, smoke, or any other scent)
• All tags are attached and original packaging is intact
• A valid proof of purchase is provided
• The item is not customized, personalized, or made-to-order (see Section 2)
Returns that show any signs of wear, use, or alteration may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• Made-to-order or customized products
• Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable
• Gift cards
• Items sent back without prior approval
3. Return Process

Please include your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend contacting us within 3 days of delivery in case of any issue.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive safely. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, although timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.
We do not refund:
• Original shipping fees
• Duties, customs fees, or international taxes
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost, including replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
• Check your bank account
• Contact your credit card provider

8. International Returns
Customers outside our primary shipping zone may return eligible items at their own expense.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
